Ipsy Glam Bag | September 2016

Welp people, this is my last Ipsy Glam Bag. I've been thinking about cancelling my subscription, even though there have been many great bags recently, I just wasn't loving or needing all of the samples I received. Plus, I want to scope out some other beauty bags, and heck - I want to save $10 a month while I decide what's next for me. I will still be receiving the Play! by Sephora subscription, so I'll continue to post about that each month (I'm liking it more than Ipsy, which was just another reason I decided to cancel).

Without further ado... my last Ipsy Glam Bag...

  • Dr.G Daily Safe BB in Fair - This is a Korean BB cream that claims to provide coverage, smooth, hydrate and protect skin from the sun.The grammar freak in me can't stand that they spelled "sensitive" stupidly on top. I'm not a big BB cream fan, to be honest, and most don't actually match my skin tone, but we'll see how this performs.
  • Avene Hydrating Serum - This serum says it provides moisture for a full 24 hours, it feels like a primer and relieves tightness and irritation. Avene is a wildly popular French brand and I'm looking forward to trying this out since my skin has been on the dry side lately.
  • Pixi Matteluster Lipstick in Rose Naturelle - This matte lipstick is formulated with peptides, hyaluronic acid, and Vitamins C and E for a smoothing sensation. The color is gorgeous and would look good on virtually anyone.
  • Living Proof Perfect Hair Day - This product does five things: smooths, conditions, volumizes, strengthens, and polishes hair. I have a few of samples of this stuff and it's not bad. It does weigh my hair down a little bit, but it definitely keeps me frizz-free and conditioned, but I wouldn't say it's super volumizing. Overall though, it's a good product to get your hands on.
  • It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara in Super Black - A mascara made with peptides and proteins for a punch of volume and length. I've never tried anything from It Cosmetics, but I'm looking forward to putting this to the test!

I'm not gonna lie... I think this month's bag is one of the weakest Ipsy bags I've ever received. It made parting ways that much easier. Ipsy has been good to me, but it's time to move on. Maybe I'll be back, maybe I won't. Only time will tell.

What are your thoughts on Ipsy? Do you think it's worth $10/month? Let me know in the comments.

Ipsy Glam Bag | August 2016

August's Ipsy Glam Bag has arrived in my mailbox and it's full of goodies both full and deluxe-sized. It costs just $10/month and every month brings a fun new variety of things to try. Review your samples and you'll earn points you can redeem for full size products. I think Ipsy is a lot of fun, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're a beauty lover. If you're interested in signing up, click here!

Here's what came in August's bag...

  • Rodial Smokey Eye Pen in Black - A highly pigmented gel liner. Build the intensity for your desired effect. Smooth and easy to apply.
  • Ciate London nail polish in Spinning Teacups - A pretty light lavender color. Ciate nail polishes boast high shine and easy application. This is a full size product - score!
  • NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator in Gleam - A golden peachy shade that is mega glowy. Can be worn alone or tap it on to cheek bones for a hint of shimmer that's perfect for summer.
  • Organic Surge Perfecting Face Polish - Gently removes impurities and dirt. Formulated with rosemary and lemon oils to clear the complexion, chamomile and gingko biloba to soothe, and almond oil to soften. 100% free of harsh chemicals, no parabens, GMOS, or artificial fragrances.
  • Sally's Box Secret Garden Ampoule Masks - These are 2 step masks that hydrate the skin. Step one is to apply the included serum on the face, and step two is the sheet mask. They include olive oil to nourish and diminish fine lines, camellia oil for glowiness, and the microfibers in the mask allow the product to soak in to the skin.

Have you tried any of these products? Let me know your thoughts!

Ipsy Glam Bag | July 2016

It's that time of the month - my Ipsy Glam Bag has arrived and it's full of full-sized and deluxe sample-sized goodies. This bag costs just $10/month and it's customizable to your beauty preferences. If you're interested in signing up, click here

Here's what came in July's bag...
  • Trust Fund Beauty nail polish in No Filter - This is a full sized nail polish in a gorgeous muted purple shade. This brand is 10-free (a.k.a. free of the nasty chemicals many polishes include) so you can paint away with no worries! I've had good luck with this brand in the past when it comes to lasting power and quality.
  • Elizabeth Mott Show Me Your Cheeks blush in Peach Pink - A buildable blush with a beautiful peachy golden sheen that reminds me of Benefit's Coralista. This brand is cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
  • ML Cosmetics felt tip eyeliner in Emerald Isle - This is an eyeliner pen in an emerald shade. The green isn't really my kind of style, but it could be fun for the right occasion. The tip is fine and easy to apply.
  • TheBalm Meet Matte eyeshadow in Matt Kumar - TheBalm eyeshadows are awesome. This shade is a matte cranberry shade that's bold and applies and blends smoothly.
  • Befine Night Cream - This cream uses natural estrogen to reduce wrinkles and prevent premature aging. It claims to increase circulation in the skin for healthier color and tone.

Ipsy Glam Bag | June 2016

June's Ipsy Glam bag is here, and it's jam packed with good stuff all conveniently packaged in a cute graffiti-ed keepsake bag. Ipsy costs just $10 a month and all sorts of cool deluxe-size samples and full-sized products show up at your door! Want to sign up? Click here

Here's the rundown of June's bag...
  • clariSEA Deep Pore Detox Activated Charcoal Exfoliating Mask - Clears breakouts, gently exfoliates and refreshes the skin. It's a mask "disguised" as a cleanser; just mix it with water for deep cleaning.
  • Hey Honey 24Seven Day & Night Revitalizing Cream - Heals and hydrates, balances out the skin, and perfect for use either day or not.
  • Seraphine Botanicals Happy Hibiscus Blush - A rosy blush shade that you can layer to the intensity you desire. It's 98% natural (nice!) and claims to last up to 8 hours.
  • Sephora Formula X Nail Polish in Wingwoman - A reddish-pink summer red. Formulated without parabens, pthalates or sulfates. I love the Formula X polishes, they're long lasting and apply easily.
  • Urban Decay eyeshadow in Fireball - A peachy-gold shimmer shade that switches appearance in the light - a "shade-shifter". Velvety smooth and easy to apply. Urban Decay shadows are among my favorites.

Ipsy Glam Bag | April 2016

Wowza, how is it the end of April already and my Ipsy bag is here?! Time is whizzing by. I'm guessing you already know all about Ipsy, but in case you don't... for just $10/month you get deluxe beauty samples and full sized items sent to you in a keepsake makeup bag every month. I thoroughly enjoy getting Ipsy bags, and if you'd like to try it out, you can click here to sign up.

Let's take a peek at what came in this month's bag:

em Cosmetics The Great Coverup Ultimate Concealer - This product was created by Ipsy Founder, Michelle Phan. It's very creamy and pigmented, but unfortunately it's super dark for my skin tone even in the shade fair warm so I didn't get to try it out on my face.

Tarte Lipsurgence lip creme in Wonder - This lipstick is infused with Tarte's well-known maracuja oil so it's super creamy and comfortable to wear and will feel moisturizing, and it doesn't lack in pigment either. I already own this color and I love it. An all around great product.

Live and Breathe Beauty Just Blending In Brush - This is a really nice blending brush. I use blending brushes more than any other type of brush, so I'm happy to try a new brand! Live and Breathe beauty is cruelty-free, which I appreciate.

Starlooks Luxe Longwear Eye Pencil in Jet - This kohl eyeliner is super creamy and very black. It goes on easily and I imagine it'd be nice for the waterline (which I don't use eyeliner in - but if you do, hey let me know how you like it!). The nice thing is you won't need to tug at your eye to apply this, it goes on that smooth!

pur~lisse beauty Blue Lotus + White Tea and Blue Lotus + Seaweed Sheet Mask - These masks are infused with asian botanicals for a plumper and more radiant complexion. I've been pleased with other skincare I've tried from pur~lisse and I'm looking forward to giving these a try!

March Ipsy Glam Bag

Ooooohhh boy - this month's Ipsy Glam Bag is a good one! I kept pulling products out and getting more and more excited! I know I say it every time, but just in case you're new to the idea of Ipsy, it costs just $10 per month and you get a really good sampling of full and deluxe sample sized goodies. If you're interested in giving it a go, you can sign up here

Here's what came in the March Glam Bag:

  • Marc Anthony Argan Oil of Morocco 3 Day Smooth Perfect  Blow Dry Cream - This cream is a combo of olive oil, argan oil and shea butter. It's meant to keep hair straight and frizz free for up to three days.
  • NYX Liquid Suede lipstick in Pink Lust - This lipstick goes on nice and easily and dries to a velvet, waterproof matte finish. This will stay glued to your lips for hours. Pink Lust is a neon pink that's far too bright for every day wear, but it's fun for the right occasion.
  • Manna Kadar Cosmetics eye shadow in Fantasy - This eye shadow is gorgeous, buttery and the color would look amazing on any skin tone. I love it and will definitely get a lot of use out of it.
  • Pixi Beauty Blush Duo in Rose Gold - I'm a big fan of Pixi products and this blush is no exception! The color is beautiful and natural looking and the highlight that accompanies it is gorgeous.
  • NoTS 28 Remedy Balancing Toner - This toner aims to calm and soothe the skin while prepping it to absorb the products you put on top of it.
L to R: Manna Kadar eye shadow, Pixi blush & highligther

February Ipsy Glam Bag

February's Ipsy Glam bag was a doozy - with tons of value and deluxe sized samples, I have to say I was impressed! Ipsy Glam Bags cost just $10/month and if you like to try beauty products out before you buy them, this subscription is for you. If you want to sign up, click here (affiliate link - I'll get points if you want to use my link). Here's a detailed look at what came in February's bag:

  • Margaret Dabbs London Mini Crystal Nail File - I've always wanted a crystal nail file (weird, I know) so I was really excited about seeing this in my bag! Crystal nail files are supposed to give a smoother finish to your nails, hopefully preventing future splitting.
  • Trust Fund Beauty nail polish in I'm Kind of a Big Deal - Trust Fund Beauty's polish is vegan and cruelty free. This pink shade is really pretty and you get a whole full sized bottle! Great value!
  • Seraphine Botanicals Carrot + Rose Hydrating Cream - This moisturizer smells delicious, like a Starburst! It's formulated with glycerin for hydration, and is free of parabens, and is vegan and cruelty free. I think the packaging is adorable, too!
  • Naked Cosmetics Mica Pigment in Sierra Nevada - Naked Cosmetics are made from 100% oxidized Mica, and they don't contain any unnatural fillers like talc, oil or wax. They're also non-comedogenic, so they won't clog your pores.
  • Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil - This is a brand new product, and marketed as the first ever primer oil. It's formulated with 15 essential and lipid-rich plant oils. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm definitely intrigued.

December Ipsy Glam Bag

Sing it with me.... "It's the most wonderful time... of the month!" Ipsy time! My glam bags have been coming at the VERY end of the month for the last couple months. Anyone else getting theirs late, too?

Anyway! If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a $10/month beauty subscription box. You'll receive deluxe sized samples and often times, one or two full size products, too! If you're interested in signing up, click here

Let's not waste any more time. Here's what came in my December Ipsy Glam Bag...

  • Marc Anthony Coconut Oil & Shea Butter Deep Conditioning Treatment: This is a weekly treatment for your hair. It's aimed at you ladies with super dry hair that needs an added boost of moisture.
  • Pacifica Power of Love Natural Lipstick in Nudie Red: This matte lipstick is nearly a my lips but better shade. It's made with coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin E. It's vegan and cruelty-free!
  • Peony Cosmetics Shadow Trio: I'm pretty sure every shadow trio I get from Ipsy has these same three colors. (annoying) ANYWAY... these shadows are created with kaolin clay, which absorbs excess oil. They're paraben free and claim to last up to 8 hours.
  • Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eyeshadow Primer: This primer will help your eye shadow glide on smoother, last longer and stay on crease-free. You only need to use a pea sized amount.
  • RickyCare by Ricky's NYC Classic 3D Blender: This is a knock off of the beauty blender. It's latex free and can be used wet or dry to apply foundation. I tested it, and it's not nearly as good as the Beauty Blender, IMO.

November Ipsy Glam Bag 2015

My Ipsy bag came at the very last second this month, hence the late post! But it was worth the wait because it came with some fun goodies! For those of you unaware of Ipsy, it's a monthly beauty subscription that costs just $10! It's my favorite subscription and I recommend it to anyone who likes to experiment with products before splurging on the full price. If you're interested in signing up or learning more, click here

November's theme is "Beauty Blast" and it came with the following...

  • China Glaze Nail Polish in Soft Sienna Silks - This is a full sized nail polish, which typically retails for $8 (nearly the entire cost of the bag itself! great value!). This is a beautiful sparkly reddish-brown color that's perfect for fall and winter.
  • tre'Stique Mini Matte Lip Crayon in Chile Red - I enjoy getting lip colors in my Ipsy bags, and this seems like a bright color suitable for the holiday. It's formulated with Vitamin E and Monoi Tahiti Butter for moisture and antioxidant properties.
  • Crown Brush Oval Concealer Brush #C224 - Rarely do I use concealer brushes, but I am a fan of Crown Brush. This is a synthetic bristle brush, perfect for applying cream eyeshadows or concealer (of course!).
  • Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara - I've never tried this mascara, so I'm looking forward to using it. It's meant to be volumizing and lengthening.
  • Coolway Strong Hold Spray - This brand is totally new to me. This is just a travel sized hair spray. It claims to fight humidity and  make big hair without frizz.

Ipsy Glam Bag | October 2015

This month's Ipsy Glam Bag is a hit for me! There's a product I've always wanted (the highlight), and multiple brands that I love to try (Nourish Organic, Tarte). Ipsy bags come once a month for just $10/month and rarely am I disappointed in the selection of samples (and often, full sized products). Every month the goodies come in a cute keepsake bag, perfect to use while travelling. To get your own Ipsy bag, sign up here

This month, I received:

  • Nourish Organic Pure Hydrating Argan Face Serum: Designed to hydrate and smooth the skin, while improving tone. Formulated with Apricot Kernel Oil, Moroccan Argan Oil, and Rosehip Oil. I really like the Nourish Organic brand, and I look forward to trying this sample.
  • Coastal Scents Xpress Line Cosmetic Pencil: This eyeliner pencil is black, and claims to have long lasting wear and a pack of pigmentation. I'm not super in to eyeliner pencils, and this pencil wasn't creamy enough for my taste.
  • Ayres Pampas Sunrise Hand Cream: This hand cream is made with plant emolliants, shea butter and herbal extracts to moisturize the skin. The smell is comprised of lemongrass, mandarin, bergamot, patchouli and spearmint.
  • Tarte Deluxe LipSurgence Skintuitive Lipgloss in Energy: Crafted to smooth fine lines and hydrate the lips, it also creates a personalized shade of pink on the lips. It's not sticky at all, which I like in a lipgloss. Color is very light.
  • theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer: A honey-hued highlight that adds a burst of luminescence to the face. Can be used as an eye shadow or highlight. Love this shade - it's gorgeous and would work for any skin tone!

September Ipsy Glam Bag 2015

It's Ipsy time again! This month's bag has some goodies, and it actually has a product I've wanted to try (the Acure scrub) so I'm excited to get a sample before purchasing the full size.

If you're unfamiliar with Ipsy, it's a beauty subscription service that costs $10 per month and you get a nice reusable travel bag filled with beauty samples and full sized products. It's my favorite beauty subscription service and I recommend it to anyone who likes to try out new makeup and skincare products. To find out more or to sign up, click here

Here's what came in this month's bag:

  • NYX + Ipsy Eye Shadow Trio - This trio of shadows is a collaboration between NYX and Ipsy. The colors are perfect for fall. See swatches below.
  • Eyelyn Iona Cosmetics Cream Blush in Ash - First of all, I have to gripe about the horrible sample packaging. I can't get a brush in this little tub to save my life, and I can fit maybe one finger in. Not ideal! Anyway - the formula is organic, paraben-free and cruelty-free. $1 from every product sold is donated to various women's organizations. I can get behind that!
  • Acure Brightening Facial Scrub - I'm really excited to get something from this brand in my Ipsy bag! This formula has organic chlorella and argan stem cells to repair the skin. It's vegan, gluten and cruelty free, as well as paraben, sulfate, silicone, phthalate and synthetic fragrance free.
  • J. Cat Beauty #MOTD Waterproof Slide on Pencil in Bronze - This stuff is really waterproof, and it's a beautiful bronze color that's totally wearable any day of the week.
  • Naobay Oxygenating Moisturizing Cream - This brand is totally new to me. This moisturizer is made up of plant extracts and organic oils like sweet almond oil and rosehip oil.

Swatches of products from left to right: Evelyn Iona blush, J.Cat eyeliner, NYX eyeshadow trio.

August Ipsy Glam Bag

The August Ipsy bag is here! If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a $10/month beauty subscription service that offers deluxe samples and full size beauty products to try - all beautifully packaged in a keepsake bag. It is my most favorite subscription service I've tried, and if you enjoy trying new beauty products, I'd recommend it to you! Click here to sign up!

Here's what came in the August bag:

  • Marc Anthony Nourishing Argan Oil of Morocco - This hair oil is made with both olive and argan oils, and is formulated to be lightweight for everyday use. This is a generous sample size (o.7 oz) that I'll get many uses out of.
  • Skone Cosmetics Luxe Doubler Eye/Lip Pencil in Wine - This multi-use liner is a gorgeous wine shade (go figure), that I'd never use on my eyes but will definitely use as a lip liner. It is creamy and applies easily.
  • Marsk Pro Line Eyeshadow Brush - I love getting brushes from Ipsy. This is a nice flat shadow brush that feels like it is good quality.
  • Noyah Natural Lipstick in Desert Rose - Noyah's lipsticks are packaged in earth-friendly bamboo, and the product itself is made in the USA and is free of parabens, sulfates and is cruelty-free. This color is a semi-matte pink, but unfortunately it's not quite flattering on me. I do like the formula, however.
  • Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in Elegantly Wasted - Trust Fund Beauty polishes are 7-free, vegan, and cruelty-free. This is an excellent value for an Ipsy Bag as it's full-sized. I love the packaging and the lilac color is pretty, too!

June Ipsy Glam Bag

This month's Ipsy bag is the BOMB diggity. All this for just $10! And it showed up conveniently at my door. You can sign up for a monthly Ipsy subscription at this link. This is hands down my favorite beauty subscription service out there - well worth the $10 per month. This month I received the following goodies:

LaVanila Healthy Body Butter in Pure Vanilla - I love LaVanila products because they're natural, they smell amazing and they actually work. This is the first lotion I've tried of theirs and it has their classic vanilla scent, which smells like vanilla musk.

IT Cosmetics Brow Power Universal Eyebrow Pencil in Universal Taupe - I definitely don't think this brow pencil is a universal color, but it does work OK for me. It is a bit darker brown than I like for my brows but I love that this is a good sized sample and it has a spoolie on one end.

tre'StiQue Mini Shadow Crayon in Kona Coffee - This shadow crayon is a highly pigmented dark matte brown. You could use this to line your eyes, or blend it out for all-over color.

J.Cat Beauty Liptitude Hydrating Lip Stain in Bead - This is an awesome product. The color is great, the stain is creamy and it's just overall a beautiful lip product! Plus, it's full sized!

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer - I can't tell you how many Smashbox primer samples I have, but I enjoy them so I can't complain too much. They really do help your foundation last and your skin look flawless.

April Ipsy Glam Bag

Ipsy time is here, and it came with some fun new products and one of the cutest Ipsy bags I've received yet! I'll definitely be hanging on to this one for travel in the future. Here's what came in April's glam bag...

  • JulieG Nail Polish in Damsel - This is a beautiful hot pink cream nail polish. JulieG is a youtube beauty "guru" who made her own nail line, and it's not sold anywhere near me, so I'm excited to finally try one of her polishes. I've heard good things! I have about a million nail polishes in this color, so I wish I would have received something more unique, but what can ya do?
  • Olive Natural Beauty Lip Balm in Oats & Honey - Upon first glance, I was really excited to receive this. Then I opened it, and it smells disgusting and it's extremely hard to smooth on the lips. I don't know if I received a dud, but this is unusable and I'll be chucking it straight in the trash.
  • KCO Colors by Beauty Brands lipstick in Natural Born Beauty - This is a gorgeous brick red. It has that old school lipstick smell, but it seems like a nice formula. I've never heard of KCO Colors before. Unfortunately my tube came broken (see below) but it'll still work.
  • theBalm Cosmetics Nude Dude Eyeshadow Single in Flirty - I love love love love this color (kind of a pinky brown) and the texture which is super buttery and blendable. I'm over the moon to get this in my glam bag!
  • MicaBeauty Eye Primer - The good news? This primer fits my skin color beautifully and it's a full-size product (full-size retails for $44.95 - great deal!) The bad news? My eyeshadow creased in a matter of 4 hours. Bad deal! NOT a fan.

If you like receiving beauty samples, and some full size products, at your doorstep each month, you've got to sign up for Ipsy! It costs just $10 per month, and you can gain points by reveiwing your products, which you can then redeem for full size products. Click here to sign up today. (referral link)

p.s. Sorry for the unexplained hiatus this week! I was off  in San Francisco for work and it was beautiful and I was bad and didn't plan ahead. Here's a pretty picture from the bike trip I took across the Golden Gate Bridge as my apology. :)

Ipsy Glam Bag | March 2015

March's Ipsy Glam bag is a good one! For $10/month, this is a heck of a value! To get your own glam bag, click here to sign up.  Here's what came in this month's bag...

  • Pur~lisse pÅ«r~delicate gentle soymilk cleanser & makeup remover - This brand has been in my Ipsy bags many times, but never a cleanser. This cleanser is sulfate free and formulated with soy milk, whole oat and white tea. It's meant to wipe away makeup as well as cleanse the skin.
  • Dr. Brandt pores no more anti-aging mattifying lotion - This product helps to delay signs of aging. Retinol improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while apple stem cells work to maintain the longevity and activity of the skin's own stem cells.
  • NYX Lip Butter in Hunk - These lipsticks are awesome. They're moisturizing and mega-pigmented. Hunk is a gorgeous vampy purple pink.
  • Boo-Boo Cover Up in Medium - This concealer contains natural ingredients known to promote healing, so you can cover your blemishes while getting rid of them at the same time. This is probably a bit too dark for me, which is a bummer ipsy didn't use my profile quiz that specifically says I have fair skin. (Why ask if you don't bother using it?!)
  • VINTAGE by Jessica Liebeskind Illuminating Face Highlighter in Crystal Pink - This product is meant to be swept across the apples of your cheeks and cheekbones to give skin a dewy glow. This has a really buttery formula and leans slightly towards discoball shiny, but it is a gorgeous highlight. It could easily be used as an eyeshadow if you prefer. '

Ipsy Glam Bag | January 2015

If you like trying new beauty products, like I very much do, you have got to subsribe to Ipsy. It costs just $10 a month and you get lots of great products to try, and often times, a few full-sized things, too! Click here to sign up. (Disclaimer: If you sign up through this link, I get points credited to my Ipsy account)

Here's what came in January's Glam Bag:

  • La Fresh eco-beauty good day. day moisturizer - This is an interesting sample pack, but it looks like I'll get lots of uses out of it. This moisturizer is chock full of quality anti-aging ingredients and appears to be formulated with natural ingredients.
  • Jouer Essential Lip Enhancer - I was really excited to see this in my bag - Jouer is an awesome brand! This balm is meant to increase the fullness of the lips, decrease fine lines and hydrate.
  • Pacifica Natural Mineral Coconut Eyeshadow in Ethereal - Pacifica is a good option for a natural brand, but I have to admit I'm not thrilled with this formula or color. It's SUPER light, but might work better as a highlighter! Glad I tried it before buying a full size.
  • BellaPierre Shimmer Powder in Whesek - I wasn't so sure about this mineral eyeshadow.... until I swatched it (see swatch below). It's the coolest silver color. I need an excuse to wear this ASAP!
  • Elizabeth Mott All Over Shadow brush - I love this brush! It's really soft and works great for applying eyeshadow. Cute color, too!

If you're not fully convincined that Ipsy is awesome - check out some previous bags here:

Ipsy | October 2014

You guys.... HOW AMAZING IS THIS IPSY BAG?! Seriously, I was shocked by the awesomeness! I'll preface this post by saying, Ipsy is a monthly beauty subscription service that costs just $10/month. Yes, only $10! Click any of the hyperlinks in this post to start receiving your very own Ipsy bag.

Here's what I got this month:

ROGUE by Rihanna Eau de Parfum (o.5 oz) - I have two other Rihanna perfumes which I adore, and I was so excited to receive Rogue, which I did not yet have in my collection. This is a warm floral scent that is very feminine. Love love love - and what an awesome sample size this is!

Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser - Love the packaging of this product, and how adorable is the brand name? This has a sweet scent, and is 100% natural and is free of parabens and pthalates. That's my kind of face wash.

Smashbox Photo Finish Pore Minimizing Primer - I believe this is a fairly new formulation of the popular Smashbox primer line (correct me if I'm wrong). It claims to visibly reduce pores, mattify shine and control oil and is supposedly sweat & humidity resistant.

Starlooks Lip Gloss in Guilty Pleasure - Talk about a beautiful "my lips but better" color! I tried this on and was pleasantly surprised at what a pretty pinky-nude this is. It also smells like vanilla, which is a definite plus!

MicaBeauty Mineral Eyeshadow in Harliquin - (no, I didn't spell Harlequin wrong, that's how it's spelled on the packaging!) This is such a gorgeous color! It is a shimmering grey-green that would really make a statement as a smokey eye color.
